James graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. James has six years of clinical experience and brings a broad range of diagnostic and clinical experience to the practice.
James is a Senior Physiotherapist at Echuca Regional Health and works a majority of his time in outpatient and NDIS services. James works closely with some of Echuca’s orthopaedic surgeons and specialists, ensuring the highest level of treatment and rehabilitation after orthopaedic and specialist management. James places a high priority in the value of communication between Health Practitioners. He aspires to provide strong evidence based and patient centred care approach to all patients.
Due to James’ heavy involvement in sport, he has taken a strong interest in treatment of both acute and chronic sports related injuries, however is confident and skilled in treating a range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. James has developed a number of different manual therapy approaches to treatment but understands how important it is to empower the patient to also take control of their injury/condition, and therefore has a strong focus on exercise prescription and tailored exercise based rehabilitation to achieve optimal patient outcomes and return to full function.

Kevin graduated from James Cook University in Townsville in 2018 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He is passionate about health promotion and empowering people to take control of their own health, using evidence based practice.
Valuing an upstream approach to healthcare, Kevin ensures a patient centred approach to his practice, empowering his clients to take control of their own health and assisting clients to be and stay healthy.
Sport has played a significant role in Kevin's life and he is passionate in helping those with a wide range of musculoskeletal acute and chronic conditions. He is now the lead physiotherapist at Rochester Football Club. Kevin has been a physiotherapist at Echuca Regional Health for the past 3 years and has developed skills and techniques in a large variety of clinical areas with musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, cardiorespiratory and neurological experience.

Chloe graduated from La Trobe University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice. Chloe has seven years of clinical experience and brings a broad range of clinical experience to the practice.
Chloe is a Senior Occupational Therapist at Echuca Regional Health and One Focus Physiotherapy. She works across a wide range of areas including acute, subacute, palliative care, aged care, community, paediatrics, schools, DVA and NDIS services. She has undertaken a wide range of professional development to ensure that she can individualise therapy and best meet each individual’s needs.
Chloe is committed to working collaboratively with our clients to identify goals and develop robust strategies in order to improve client outcomes. She maintains close partnerships with all key stakeholders involved in our clients’ care.

Laura Kerlin
Speech Pathologist
Laura graduated from La Trobe University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Speech Pathology. Laura also works at Echuca Regional Health and has worked across a variety of settings including NDIS, Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI), Community Health, the Education setting and the School Readiness Program.
Laura has a keen interest in working with preschool and primary school aged children, and likes to make her sessions as fun and engaging as possible. Laura is passionate about supporting children with their speech and language development. She thoroughly enjoys collaborating and working closely with the child and those around them to reach their goals.

Your initial and review Physiotherapy appointments will be 30 minutes which will include a thorough assessment, treatment and rehabilitation plan. Extended appointment times are also available if you have more than one presenting problem or if you would simple like to spend more time with your Physiotherapist. These will be charged at an extra cost.
We recommend arriving approximately 5-10 minutes prior to your initial appointment to ensure you can find us and complete any appropriate paperwork prior to commencing your session.
All private consultations at One Focus Physiotherapy are priced at $79.00 with billings to be paid at the time of your appointment. Rebates may be available through your private health insurer.
We accept TAC, Workcover and DVA clients. The price for these appointments varies depending on the length of your injury and the type of appointment. Please feel free to call our team to discuss this further.
Your treatment will vary depending on the assessment, extent and severity of your injury/ symptoms. Physiotherapy may include any of the following:
Yes, if you have physiotherapy cover on your Private Health, you should receive a rebate on our services. Your rebate will be dependent on your individual policy, which varies between insurers and policies. We recommend that you check with your individual health fund to find out your exact benefits and rebates.
Please be advised that our clinic has HICAPS, which allows you to claim your health fund rebate instantly.
Physiotherapy can be covered by Medicare, however you will require a referral from your GP under The Chronic Disease Management (formerly known as an Enhanced Primary Care or EPC).
You may be eligible for up to 5 physiotherapy sessions at a reduced cost (Medicare covering $54.60 of the consultation). These sessions will incur a gap payment.
